For Comfort Keepers, learning and development is a core focus for carers and staff alike. In early 2016 it was envisaged that purpose built training rooms would be the most beneficial learning environment for our staff.
Comfort Keepers are delivering accredited and non-accredited training courses since 2008. With Comfort Keepers joining Sodexo in late 2015 this reinforced the importance of staff training and development.
The training rooms located in head office, Talbot Street, Dublin 1 are central to the creation of the Learning and Development Centre. Developed into 3 bright training rooms, 2 training rooms are equipped to deliver practical training to carers and staff. Additional to this a formal training room is available for theoretical learning which encourages group discussions.
