In Spring 2018, we are launching our new Carer App nationwide. We have listened to your feedback about communication, changes and rostering and we want to continue to improve your experience. Some of the feedback we have received:
- I can’t log in/out as the client is on the phone
- I am confused by changes made to my roster
- Constantly calling the office to manually log in/out if the house phone is broken
- Access issues getting into a clients home for a visit
- When I log in it cuts me off and I’m not sure if it registered

The Comfort Keepers Carer App will let you:
- See your roster up to date and in real time for the next seven days
- See your roster up to date and in real time for the next seven days
- See the changes to your roster as they are happening
- See map for each home and the access information for each visit
- Report feedback to the care team about individual clients after a visit
- See your up to date payslips.
Your local office will have information sessions during February about how to download the app and how to use it!
