Pay
Your time is invaluable to the service and care we provide, and we recognise that in our payments. We ensure our Home Support Workers are adequately paid for their time, which is why we offer very competitive rates. On top of this, we offer paid mileage to ensure that you are compensated for the travel time and expenses between client visits at a per kilometre rate.
Training
To work as a Home Support Worker with us, you need to have the right qualifications, and we provide you with the resources to obtain them. We provide all of this training free of charge.
Benefits
Along with the pay and training opportunities mentioned above, we provide our Home Support Workers with guaranteed weekly hours. This way, you’re guaranteed a certain amount of work, and a certain amount of money. We tailor these hours to your needs and availability, once again proving our dedication to our people. We also don’t expect you to have to pay for your Personal Protection Equipment (such as aprons, gloves etc.), so we’ll provide you with that for free. Garda Vetting will also be provided by us, for you, so you don’t have to worry about that, either. Uniforms are covered as well.
