Highly Accredited

Comfort Keepers is the first Home Care organisation to be awarded the prestigious Q Mark for excellence in all services provided. We are a member of HCCI – Home and Community Care Ireland and have achieved ISO certification. In addition we are a HSE preferred provider in each of the locations where we provide home care services.

Nursing and Social Care Managers

Each of our offices nationwide are managed by Client Care Managers from either a Nursing or Social care background. Each clients needs are assessed by our client care managers and their care is reviewed every month to 3 months according to their needs or dependency.

Standards of Care

All of our carers are employees of Comfort Keepers and undergo a rigorous selection process that includes reference checking and Garda vetting. We provide ongoing support and training to our carers so they can meet the requirements of FETAC level 5 accreditation. Our carers are supported in their roles by a team of managers and our carers undergo regular reviews and spot-checks of their work.

Flexible Care

We provide care and support that helps people to live in the comfort of their own home with independence and dignity. We provide care from 1hr per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can provide care for any person over the age of 18 years. We are specialists in care for the older person and our services include personal care, companionship and homemaking, respite care, disability care, Alzheimers and dementia care.

Telemonitoring

Comfort Keepers offers a comprehensive monitoring system that enables our carers to log in and log out. We are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high quality standards.

Care Partners to help you further

We can provide additional services through our care partners. These services include supply of medical aids and appliances through Beechfield Healthcare. You can arrange to have your prescription medicines brought to your home at no extra cost by Lloyds Pharmacy Ireland. In certain areas The Physio Company can travel to your own home at a significantly reduced cost to provide physiotherapy. We provide, when required, a dietetic service to support the needs of the client. Finally Fold Telecare can help provide remote support and assistance.
