We are a HSE provider of choice and continue to adhere to the standards in place by the HSE for homecare.

We complete a Client Satisfaction Survey annually and in a recent survey, 97% of our clients would and have recommended Comfort Keepers to others. Customer service is key to all that we do in Comfort Keepers, we are delighted to see such a result.

We successfully achieved the much respected Q Mark accreditation again this year and are delighted to have received their highest gold medal accreditation.

We successfully achieved our ISO accreditation again this year and continue year on year to strive for this very respected achievement.

Comfort Keepers Takes the Gold!

Dublin, September 30th 2016

It’s official! Comfort Keepers, based in Dublin, has just been named as the Best Homecare Provider in Ireland for Quality Management Systems at this year’s National Q Mark Awards.

Hailed as “The Champions of Business Excellence”, the team from Comfort Keepers were beaming with pride as they were called to the stage to receive the winner’s medal during a thrilling awards ceremony held in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Dublin.

The Q Mark Awards are forever associated with Quality and Excellence in the minds of Irish consumers and it is the only system which allows businesses monitor 100% of their processes and procedures 100% of the time. Winning this award has shown that Comfort Keepers truly cares about their clients and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that it achieves the highest possible standards at all times.

Comfort Keepers Ireland was established in 2005 and acquired by Sodexo, an international company providing quality of life services in late 2015. Their core business is the provision of individualised homecare services for adults to assist them to stay independent, happy and safe at home.

The Minister for Social Protection, Leo Varadkar TD, who attended this year’s National Q Mark Awards, said “At the heart of the Governments strategy is supporting Irish businesses through policies to create the environment for a strong economic recovery by promoting competitiveness and productivity. Quality standards and good governance enables this growth and competiveness and it is exciting to see companies in the public, private and not for profit sectors competing side by side. These are the modern Irish businesses that are driving the engine of our recovery, and I wish them every success in the future”.

Brid Gould, Managing Director said after their win was announced “Quality is at the centre of everything we do in Comfort Keepers and this win is great recognition of this attention and focus across all areas within the company to achieving and delivering quality services. It’s an independent seal of approval of our services.”

Irene Collins, Managing Director of The National Q Mark Awards said, “The change of business ownership didn’t alter the team’s outstanding commitment to quality standards. This is a wonderful result for Brid and her team.”
