Flexible Scheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible scheduling options that allow our employees to choose shifts that suit their needs and availability. Whether they prefer to work part-time, full-time, or on specific days, we strive to accommodate their preferences as much as possible.

Supportive Work Environment

We prioritise open communication, empathy, and collaboration among our team members across our organisation, encouraging our carers to share their concerns, seek assistance when needed, and offer support to one another. An environment where employees feel valued and supported both professionally and personally.

Assistance and Wellness Programmes

Our Be Well Wellness Programme is a positive way of supporting our mental and physical health. Providing support and encouragement for wellness among our staff is a great way to build stronger relationships and respond to the needs of all. This Programme culminates in our annual Wellness Week, held each September, featuring a varied schedule of events including guided meditation, Pilates, and shamanic drumming!

On top of this, every Comfort Keepers employee has access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme. This service is also extended to family members—and it operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Progression Opportunities

We appreciate that working in the homecare sector isn’t a role for everyone but, for those who choose a career in care, it can be incredibly fulfilling.

That's why we are dedicated to rewarding our incredible team with plenty of scope for personal development and internal progression opportunities.

A Rewarding Career

One of the most rewarding things about being a home carer is that you will have the opportunity to help others on a daily basis. Through the support and services you provide, our clients can remain in their own homes. You will have a direct impact on their quality of life, and this makes the hard work and dedication well worth it.

Training Excellence

Our sister company, Elevation Training, are providers of specialist training in the area of healthcare, with particular expertise in supporting learners returning to education. We concentrate on assisting learners to achieve their educational and occupational goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
