Comfort Keepers are Hiring! Rapid Responder – South Dublin
We are looking for experienced and qualified Home Support Workers to support our clients with immediate care needs across the South Dublin area. If you have a strong background in various types of care and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed hours contract
- Work 4 days per week (8 AM – 9 PM, with a 2-hour daily break)
- Competitive salary:
- €32,600 per annum (working every second weekend – €14.24 per hour)
- €35,500 per annum (working every weekend – €15.50 per hour)
- Fuel card provided

Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 qualification
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Caring, reliable, trustworthy, and kind nature
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing essential care and support to clients in the community
- Assisting with both low and high needs clients
- Supporting daily activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping
- Working from a fixed daily hours roster but with variable client assignments, requiring daily interaction with schedulers to determine care needs
