Responsibilities
· Deliver personal care, mobility support, dressing, and continence care with dignity as required.
· Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as required.
· Provide medication prompts
· Ensure accurate documentation.
· Observe wellbeing and escalate concerns promptly to the care team.
· Foster trusted relationships with clients and families; maintain confidentiality.
· Level 5 in Healthcare Support (desirable – must be willing to complete)
· Empathetic, dependable, and a strong communicator.
· Right to work in Ireland.
· Full driving licence and access to a car preferred.
