Connie Nolan
Area Manager
Connie is responsible for our overall operations. She is responsible for ensuring our service delivery is exceptional and of the highest standard.
She also makes sure that the clinical team has everything they need to ensure care is delivered on time and consistently.
Clinical Nurse Management
The Clinical Nurse Management creates the Home Support Plan for our clients, oversees its undertaking by Healthcare Assistants, and signs off on its use. They use their clinical backgrounds to determine what Healthcare Assistant will be matched with the client based on their specific needs.
Client Care Co-ordinating Team
Client Care Coordinators mentor and coach teams of Healthcare Assistants and assist with client enquiries to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to our clients.
Healthcare Assistants
Healthcare Assistants are a vital part of the multidisciplinary team that supports and assists clients in care settings. Under the supervision and direction of qualified nursing staff, Healthcare Assistants carry out a wide range of duties to care for, support, and provide information to clients and their families.
