Comprehensive training and development

Our dedicated training company offers training before a carer is placed in a client’s home.

We support our carers by funding up to 80% of the ongoing QQI Level 5 training and professional development, to ensure our carers have the knowledge and skills to deliver the very highest standards of care. These qualifications offer an excellent opportunity to develop a career.

Employee Support

Home help is a rewarding but demanding profession so we have a broad range of supports for our carers including a dedicated Human Resource Department to assist with any employee needs. Each carer will have a Manager and Coordinator who they will report to. We also have a 24 hour on-call team to assist with carers’ needs outside of office hours.

Award Winning and Innovative Work Environment

The HSE undertook a nationwide tender process to increase the standards and quality of home care delivery. In all, 96 companies were invited to tender, including Comfort Keepers Home Care.

We are delighted to have been successful in all 24 Local Health Offices (LHO) Areas that we cover around the country. Four home care providers were selected and ranked for each LHO area. We are delighted to have been successful as a preferred HSE Home Care Provider.
